When you sign up to the site you get immediate access to these 3500+ tattoo designs which you can then browse at your leisure until you find a tattoo you like. Then once you've found one, you simply print it out and take it along to your local tattoo artist.

A nice feature of Tattoo Me Now is that they offer the ability to combine two different designs into one so if there one tattoo you like in particular, you can take elements of two different designs and merge them into one before printing it out.
